Q: Why are some coaching support options more expensive than others?

Coaching support is broken down into three investment levels: Basic, Premium and Deluxe. Coach Sandra offers you more time or interactions as the level increases, as listed under each investment level.

Q: I’ve never done anything like this. What should I expect?

The exact deliverables for a specific level of coaching support are listed below its name. Online-Only support will primarily be delivered by your peers in the Community, and you will receive an email from Coach Sandra with your Personalized Resume and LinkedIn Profile Review. Group and Individual Coaching will provide more tailored support from Coach Sandra, who will start by asking you impactful questions to best understand your career goals and help you work toward meeting them. Like any other relationship, the more you put into answering the upfront questions and actively participating in your coaching calls, the more you'll get out. Those who get the best results are receptive to feedback and open to doing the work recommended to them after the coaching call is over.

Q: What happens if I'm not satisfied with the coaching? Can I get a refund?

We’re happy to report that none of our clients has yet experienced this problem. Nonetheless, Coach Sandra is committed to resolving any issues that come her way.

Grounds for full (100%) refunds include:

  • Final drafts of written materials containing spelling errors, inconsistent tense or inconsistent formatting. NOTE: Working drafts that contain errors do not constitute a refund.

  • Any missed deliverables listed on the Pricing page (videos, templates, coaching calls, etc.).

  • If a cancellation request is received before the first coaching call, you will be issued a full refund.

  • If Coach Sandra becomes unavailable to deliver coaching, and is unable to reschedule the appointment within 3 weeks of the original coaching call.

If you miss a coaching call appointment or fail to give at least 24 hours-notice of cancellation, the fees you paid for coaching support may be forfeited.

 

Once a coaching call is completed, we cannot issue a refund unless there is grounds for one (see above).

We strongly recommend you express any questions, concerns or comments to Coach Sandra. In nearly all cases, she will be able to help you find a resolution, as long as you communicate with her.

Q: Once I pay for coaching for myself or as a gift, how long do I (or they) have to use it?

Coaching services that are not used within 12 months from the date of purchase may be forfeited.

Q: How long does it take to start working with Coach Sandra?

After you pay for coaching, Coach Sandra will email you a link for access to boot camp materials within 24 hours (keep an eye on spam). If you signed up for Individual Coaching, you will also get an email to schedule your first coaching call. You will receive your Personalized Resume and LinkedIn Profile Review by email within three (3) business days after emailing Coach Sandra those materials along with information about your ideal employer profile and target role. Coach Sandra will email you the Group Coaching start date once there are four students signed up.
