Q: Why are some Paid Coaching Services more expensive than others?

Paid coaching services are broken down into three investment levels: Basic, Premium and Deluxe. Some services offer you more time or interactions with coach Sandra as the level increases, as listed under each investment level.

Q: I’ve never done anything like this. What should I expect?

The exact deliverables for a specific Paid Coaching Service are listed below its name. You will receive personalized attention from coach Sandra who will start by asking you impactful questions to best understand your career goals and help you work toward meeting them. Like any other relationship, the more you put into answering the upfront questions and actively participating in your coaching calls, the more you'll get out. Those who get the best results are receptive to feedback and open to doing the work recommended to them after the coaching call is over.

Q: What happens if I'm not satisfied with the Paid Coaching Service? Can I get a refund?

We’re happy to report that none of our clients has yet experienced this problem. Nonetheless, coach Sandra is committed to resolving any issues that come her way.

Grounds for full (100%) refunds include:

  • Final drafts of written materials containing spelling errors, inconsistent tense or inconsistent formatting. NOTE: Working drafts that contain errors do not constitute a refund.

  • Any missed deliverables listed on the Paid Coaching Service page (coaching calls, follow-up emails, etc.).

  • If a cancellation request is received before the kick-off or first coaching call, you will be issued a full refund.

  • If coach Sandra becomes unavailable to provide a Paid Coaching Service and is unable to reschedule within the turnaround time that you purchased.

If you miss a coaching call appointment or fail to give at least 24 hours-notice of cancellation, the fees you paid for the Paid Coaching Service may be forfeited.

 

Once a coaching call is completed, we cannot issue a refund unless there is grounds for one (see above).

We strongly recommend you express any questions, concerns or comments to coach Sandra. In nearly all cases, she will be able to help you find a resolution, as long as you communicate with her.

Q: Once I pay for a Service for myself or as a gift, how long do I (or they) have to use it?

Paid Coaching Services that are not used within 12 months from the date of purchase may be forfeited.

Q: I purchased 2 or more Paid Coaching Services at a discount. What if I no longer want to use one of the Paid Coaching Services?

We will issue a refund for only the categories of Paid Coaching Services which have not started. The kick-off or first call for each Paid Coaching Service category is its starting point.

Q: How long does it take to start working with coach Sandra?

After you pay for one or more Services, coach Sandra will email you a link to schedule your kick-off or first coaching call within 24 hours (keep an eye on spam). If you haven’t heard from coach Sandra by then, contact her at sandra@sparkcareercatalysts.com.

Q: How long does it take to complete the written Paid Coaching Services (Resume, Cover Letter or LinkedIn Profile Update)?

Typically, it takes 1-3 weeks to complete a written Paid Coaching Service, depending on your schedule, coach Sandra's schedule, and how many rounds of edits and coaching calls, and turnaround time were purchased.
